Shipping Locations

We currently ship to West Malaysia, East Malaysia, and Singapore at the moment. We are working on expanding our shipping zones, so please stay tuned and check back in if your location is not listed!

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Delays or Issues

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or carrier issues. If your order is delayed or lost, please reach out to our support team—we’re here to help!

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to track your package through the carrier’s website.
