Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy for damaged goods only. Which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to inspect your item and request a return, if needed.

Return Eligibility

For hygiene purposes, your item is only eligible for returns if the one or more of the following condition(s) are met:

• Wrong item or an incomplete order received;
• Damaged or defective item(s) received;
• Item received in unacceptable condition.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at hello@aibeauty.my with photographic evidence of the defect. Our team will handle your return request accordingly.

Your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
